I specialize in designing strength training programs that get you results. A decent home-gym setup will do just fine, however, and we will always work with whatever equipment you have access to.

What equipment do I need?

This depends on a few things, the main one being this: how much time are you able and willing to commit? We will work together to find just the right balance including time per workout and time per week.

How many days per week will I be training?

During your onboarding we will cover all the do’s and don'ts - I’ll never pressure you into doing things that are out of your comfort zone or beyond your physical limits. You will also have the option within the app to swap out moves as needed in the event you wake up one day and just really can’t look lunges in the face!

What if there are movements or exercises I cannot do?

Ideally, yes. Macro tracking is a proven method of balancing carbs, fats, and protein. Paired with a structured workout plan, this method will provide your body with optimal energy to perform and obtain the results you are after. If macros are not your thing, I absolutely understand and respect that as well. We will work together to find the right method of tracking nutrition and balancing activity to make progress and see results.

Do I have to count macros?

The check-in process is completed right in the app in less than 10 minutes of your time. During the week, you also have the option to take form check videos, leave comments on your workouts, and notes in your food journal. Everything is auto-compiled by your coach for review. You’ll receive live feedback including any needed changes to your nutrition protocol, workouts, cardio and habits - all delivered in-app!  

What is a weekly check-in like?

No. Only Registered Dietitians can write meal plans. PSA if someone who is not an RD is telling you they can and will write you a meal plan, proceed with caution!

I work with you to develop a sustainable plan that allows you to continue to eat the foods you love with guidance along the way so that you can achieve the success you desire. I will share recipes I love, meal and snack ideas, and sample meals to help you out. Truly I value your autonomy over everything - eat what you love while working together to find balance and see results. That is what this is about; not a diet.
